Apple Watch Series 7 renders point to a big design change

Apple has not changed Apple Watch’s design in no way drastically or clearly visible since he released his first smartwatch six years ago. While most, but not all intelligent watches today depend on a round face, Apple stuck to its square shape for more than half a decade. It is still not changing its shape, but the Apple Watch 7 series could come with the greatest design change that Apple has made for its wearables. Assuming, of course, these CAD representatives are accurate.

The design of Apple Watch has been largely informed by the iPhone of its generation. It was around that time that Apple changed from the sharp and flat edges from previous iPhones to the curved frame of the iPhone 6 and later. The iPhone 12, however, changed that design language, and it seems that Apple 7 watch will continue on its steps.

The iPhone 12 series took a page of the iPad Pro design book and returned to the flat edges of the past. The new iPad Air has adopted that same aesthetic, and the next iPad mini 6 is expected to do the same. With Apple, consolidating your design language, it will not be a surprise if the Apple Watch 7 series will also look like a small iPhone 12.

That is the comparison that 91Mobiles makes describe the design of Apple Watch 7. CAD-based renders show a smart watch with very flat sides, although nothing else seems to have changed. However, there are larger speaker slots on the left side, but that seems to be a minor update compared.

It is not known much more about Apple Watch series at this point, apart from the small improvements to existing features. Unfortunately, one of the greatest rumored features will not achieve this year, with a blood sugar monitor, to which even the years of being commercially viable. The next Apple clock could also be slightly thinner than its predecessor at 44 mm x 38 mm x 9 mm, but we will have to wait for more rumors to appear to verify those figures.
